- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I felt absolutely unwanted by the bank located in Delafield WI when I went in to get my bank deposits From a clerk that was at the desk. Im sure it was because of the color of my skin. Im from Little Rock Arkansas and I have never been racially discriminated against in my entire life. This lady deserves to either be re-trained or terminated, no business should tolerate that kind of behavior in there establishment. All businesses are made to be an example of what the future holds not a glimpse of the past. I am the Store Manager of Valvoline Instant oil change and we gross 7 figures a year, out of all the business we supply the bank for the community that kind of behavior is unacceptable! I will not step into that facility anymore and i will be looking for a different bank to take my deposits too thanks to your Unprofessional customer service your clerk provided today.
